Privacy Policy
Last UpdatedOCT 17, 2025
Astral (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Astral”) offers an application for marketing professionals (“Users”) to create an artificial intelligence-powered marketing agent to automate workflows.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect through our websites, application, social media pages, online communications, and any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
HOW WE HANDLE CONSUMER PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once we have authenticated a User on a social media platform, the User can deploy the AI agent to craft marketing messages and post the messages on public accounts on the social media platform. We record Users’ sessions so that Users can play the recording back later and determine how to improve their performance. We provide the recording only to the User who recorded that session.
Typically, we do not record the names of consumers that may appear in a post or in comments on a post (“Consumers”). However, a Consumer’s name may occasionally appear in our records if the name is displayed in a User’s activity logs. We do not use recorded Consumer names for analytics or training purposes.
To help our Users craft appropriate marketing messages, our AI agent may access publicly available information, such as LinkedIn profiles. To personalize these messages, the AI agent may also send connection requests to Consumers’ LinkedIn accounts. If the connection request is accepted, we only use the LinkedIn profile information to craft the marketing messages.
